Subject: FW: [PatronMail Preview] NPAC Convention 2008: Come Early, Stay thru Saturday!

Hello, fellow NPAC’ers!

We need to get our registration hopping!

Below you’ll find the next “sample email” for you all to consider sending out as part of our plan to reach your members and colleagues and get them to register for NPAC.  You’ll find the website is a lot more informative and user-friendly now, so don’t hesitate to urge your colleagues to visit www.performingartsconvention.org.

The topic on this new email is “Come early, Plan to stay through Saturday.” In it we talk about the wonderful events and sessions that are happening every day. The descriptions run from the National Arts Strategies Sessions on Tuesday, through the 21st century town meeting on Saturday, with daily stops in between.  We want to get this message out BEFORE the delegates make their plane reservations.

You may want to use all or part of this email for your next communication – but I urge you to get it out SOON.  We only have a month before PRICES GO UP.

I am going to send you the images separately as they are all large.  If you would like me to get them to you otherwise, please advise.

You can also find images on the NPAC website.  These images aren’t up yet, but there are others you may like.  The url:  http://performingartsconvention.org/press.htm

Also, let us know if you want help creating a combo logo for anything you send out – or just make sure to include the NPAC logo when you send out your messages.

Feel free to contact me with any questions, etc.

Best wishes,

Sandy
