Anita Angelacci is a Senior Training Specialist at FedEx Services in Memphis, Tennessee. Anita has worked in a variety of HR capacities at FedEx for the last 24 years, including: Personnel Representative for Sales, IT and Operations; Manager of Labor Relations and Hub Recruitment; and her most recent position developing Leadership Development Programs. Anita is part of the team that designs a variety of innovative approaches to leadership development, including the Purple Pipeline Program which is designed to enhance the skills of high potential managers. The components of this year-long program include classroom training, experiential activities, executive coaching, blogging, journaling and job rotation to provide managers with multiple learning opportunities. She received a FedEx Five Star Award for her work on this project and other leadership programs. Anita has a BA from Rosemont College and her MPA from the University of Pittsburgh. She also earned her SPHR certification in Human Resources.
