Nancy Mims has expertise in human resources management and organizational development, gained over 35 years in various industries including the arts, corporate, telecom and manufacturing entities. She is a certified Integral Coach and provides executive and life coaching to clients across the country as well as conducting formal training for individuals and teams. Nancy served the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra for 13 years as their Director of Human Resources, departing in 2002, when she started her consulting firm, Deliberate Whispers. In 2007, Nancy joined long-time colleagues Rick Lester and Jill Robinson at Target Resource Group, where she provides support in human resources, organizational development and effectiveness, change management and client support.
