Jill Robinson

Rick Lester is chief executive officer and Jill Robinson is president of Target Resource Group (TRG), a data-driven marketing consulting company with arts and culture clients throughout North America.

Rick Lester founded and built TRG on a 25-year career in entertainment marketing. He directed marketing programs for the Cleveland Orchestra and Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and served as executive director for the orchestras of San Antonio, TX and Charlotte, NC. Rick earned his Masters in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte, NC.

Jill Robinson leads TRG operations that now span all arts and culture genres in the U.S. and Canada. In her two decade career, Jill served as marketing director for several American orchestras. With TRG, she has managed clients ranging from the Kennedy Center (Washington, DC) and New York City Opera to the ballet companies of Houston and Boston, and orchestras of Seattle and Detroit. She earned her MBA from University of Colorado.

Both TRG principals are featured regularly as session leaders and panelists for arts industry professional development conferences nationwide.
